About HIMSS Medical Banking InstitutesThe Medical Banking Institute seeks to advance critical policy issues that lie at the vortex of healthcare and banking information technology systems and infrastructure. As the educational arm of HIMSS MBProject,
the Institute provides a public policy and case study forum for commerce,
government, associations, academicians and others interested in medical
banking. Work that is conducted throughout the year in various internal workstreams is reported out at the Institute. In February 2006, a President's Council was officially established to provide consultation and assistance to MBProject in organizing the National Medical Banking Institute series. The Council, now replaced by the HIMSS Medical Banking and Financial Systems Committee, provides a vital arm to foster outreach into the emerging cross-industry constituency of medical banking stakeholders. >> REGISTRATION NOW OPEN for the NINTH NATIONAL MEDICAL BANKING INSTITUTE!
