Specialized Research Programs

The Medical Banking Project helps its member organizations to develop strategic plans. We provide research assistance for governments, associations and other non-profit organizations who have a need to understand medical banking principles.

Our programs are divided into three categories: Strategic Advisory, Customized and Public Research. For more information about our services, or if you are contemplating a specific project and need help to design or formulate your plans please feel free to contact us.

Strategic Advisory Services
Our strategic advisory engagements have developed in response to requests by large concerns that are seeking to develop a global medical banking strategy. This level of engagement is reserved for our member firms that have the technology and resources to transform the industry. The average length of our strategic advisory engagements is currently 18 months.
